Trituration is a process used to make a homeopathic remedy. A substance is repeatedly triturated with lactose in a bowl using a mortar. This allows the energy of the substance to flow through our body without having to ingest it.
During this silent process, we connect with the essence of the substance. This allows visions, images and insights to arise in our consciousness, bringing us healing and helping us to grow inwardly.
The information we receive may relate to our own birth history and that of our children, or to our field of activity around birth.
It is beneficial and effective at all levels of our being.
The manufacture of a homeopathic remedy is only the result; what is important is the process of trituration and the opportunity to share, grow and exchange within a group. This process brings healing to us and our environment.
