Yet we have an intelligence that is far greater than any technology. We all possess within us, in our mitochondria, the knowledge of our female lineage, of our original mother.
Every woman has the innate gift of giving birth; she needs no help to bring her child into the world. A woman can do it intuitively; she has this inner knowledge that can be awakened.
Our child's birth is as sacred as its conception; it is in her image.
How do you want to give birth to your child ?
In a physiological, non-medically assisted birth, the baby can pass through the birth canal freely, at its own pace, in a spiral movement. This allows the child to complete its embryological and physiological development. The spiral connects it to cosmic forces. These pass through the child as it encounters earthly forces. The birth spiral allows the expression of the life force to reach its peak in every cell of the newborn. It is thus fully incarnated on the physical, mental and spiritual levels in all its perfection.

The doula, the humble servant
As a doula, I'm at your side from the moment you become pregnant until you welcome your baby into your womb. I know you, your partner and your child. I know your wishes, your needs and your fears. Wherever the birth begins and ends, I'm with you and I can keep your space. I make sure that all your demands, requests and wishes are met, and because I know you, I can support you in the most helpful way.
I am your contact person and I will help you with all my knowledge and experience during your pregnancy and childbirth.
I am not a replacement for a doctor or midwife, but I am there for you, whatever type of birth you want. I don't have all the knowledge of a midwife, but I can recognise emergency situations and suggest what you should do. I don't take any responsibility for you, so you remain fully autonomous.
Nursing - Nurturing intuition - Biological Nurturing.
It's not necessary to teach a mother or a newborn baby how breastfeeding works. In the first hour of its life, when the baby can stay with its mother, it comes to the breast on its own and starts suckling. He doesn't need to be forced to do so, or have someone show him the best way to do it or the best position to adopt. The position that a newborn baby automatically adopts for suckling is the same as that which he adopted in his mother's womb when he was not yet born. This position is known only to the baby and intuitively also to the mother.
If this intuition is supported and allows the mother to sit in such a way that she is completely relaxed and the baby does not have to fight against gravity, breastfeeding will not be painful or difficult for any mother. What's more, in an organic breastfeeding position, the baby's legs and arms are free, and he can use his early childhood reflexes (grasping, searching, suckling, etc.) to move towards the breast on his own. The more he uses these reflexes, the better it is for the intergeneration of these reflexes and for the baby's motor development.
I'm happy to accompany you so that you can feel your intuition and trust it. I can also help you and your baby by offering therapy to ease the tensions that pregnancy and childbirth have caused you and your baby.
It is extremely rare for a mother not to have enough milk to feed her baby. Most of the time, it's the stresses of pregnancy and childbirth that prevent effective breastfeeding.
