Process Work
Systemic work outdoors, in and with nature
We accompany a group of seven to nine people throughout a year-long process. To begin with, we meet for a day to agree on the process and get to know each other. This is followed by three weekends devoted to setting up and deepening the process, spaced approximately three months apart.
During the weekends, we organise six constellations, so that by the end of the year, everyone will have completed at least two personal constellations and participated in many others as a representative.
In the course of our own life journeys, we have discovered that there are many possibilities for change. Family constellations are a tool for profound, transformative and healing change. Combined with group dynamics, they allow for a multifaceted immersion into the depths of our being.
We want to offer this to all those who are ready to experience this process of profound, liberating and healing change.
Group dynamics create great potential for growth through the exchange of experiences, the establishment of mutual trust and open and honest communication.
The consistency of the group allows us to offer you better, closer and more protective support.
Within this new format, we can convey more in-depth knowledge and show you the mechanisms of systemic work.
How is this profound process possible ?
The form of systemic work using family constellations is based on a defined process, in which we can gradually go deeper from the surface. First, we heal the relationship with our parents and grandparents. Then the journey continues to our great-great-grandparents. Following this process step by step over the course of a year (with the possibility of extension) allows us to remove the blockages that appear along the way.
This work allows us to reorganise and “put our family system in order”. It requires perseverance, energy and, above all, courage. When we decide to clean our house, the work is not finished once the hallway is clean. If someone takes a position once and then stops doing so, or does not do so for a long time, they often remain in the hallway.
How systemic work works :
We accompany you on the path to peace and freedom in your family system, in your heart, on your path. Ruedi Schmid always said: ‘Family constellations are a work of peace’.
We accompany you towards your true self, towards your higher self, freed from conditioning, trauma, beliefs, curses and spells.
What do you get out of your role as a representative ?
As a representative, you are there for others. In the here and now, you deactivate your mind and stimulate your archaic brain. You practise letting go, feeling, listening to your intuition and trusting it. You experience your emotions, allow them to work deeply within you and can thus create new neural connections in your brain.
As a representative, you are also confronted with your own issues, which can help you to heal and set deeper processes in motion.
What happens to you as a constellator :
The blockages that prevent you from following your life path authentically, using all your strength and potential, dissolve. You heal traumas that go back to your genetic imprint and influence your physical and mental health as well as that of future generations.

Prune and Peter Boutellier, who are we ?
Prune works as an osteopath and homeopath. She is intuitive and has deepened this gift through various training courses in the field of shamanism.
Peter completed a three-year training course in ‘family constellations and systemic work’ with Ruedi and Claudia Schmid and works as an osteopath. He has also completed various shamanic training courses.
